High School Invitational

Invitational Advantages

This event provides a high school team doubles competition early in the season.  This format is a great team building activity.

Four doubles teams play each round for each school, so at least 8 members of your team get to play.  Coaches are
encouraged to bring extra players because you may change your lineup for each round.  In this way, you could get
doubles experience for most or all of your varsity and JV players.

All teams are guaranteed at least 3 matches and as many as 5 matches for all four or your doubles teams.  This is not a
“one and done” event.

The event is generally “time definable” so you will know your team will play for a set amount of time whether they are
winning or losing.

The event allows teams from Divisions I & II to compete against each other.

The event is played in the East Valley so teams don’t have to drive to the west valley to compete.

General Information

Times:  Friday matches could start as early as 10:00am.  Teams should be available to play Saturday morning, afternoon and
early evening.  The schedule will be Emailed by Friday, February 24, 2012.

by team strength.  FOUR DOUBLES TEAMS PLAY FOR YOUR TEAM EACH ROUND.
